In April 2004, three teams of Plymouth Ancient players (as opposed to ancient Plymouth players!) went off to the War Cry DBM doubles event in Clevedon.

Martin Binns and Steve Pearce finished on 15 points.  Here are a few pictures of their excellently painted Feudal Spanish army and some of its opponents.

John Orange and Clive Dudley had a good first day, scoring 17 points, a huge improvement on their weekend total of 7 at Berkeley. Unfortunately, it didn't last!  Their Mu-Jung Hsien-Pi army failed to score at all on the Sunday.
